Made easy with Pink Elephant Kitchen Organic Yellow Curry, this cozy Thai dish blends tender chicken and vegetables in a gently spiced, creamy curry that’s delicious over rice or noodles.

Ingredients
1 container Pink Elephant Frozen Yellow Curry Sauce
1lb Thinly sliced chicken thigh
2 pc diced golden potato
1 stick 1” cut carrot
1 small sweet onion
To taste salt or fish sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Thaw Pink Elephant Yellow Curry Sauce over night in the refrigerator. (if no time to thaw, add frozen sauce in the small pan and simmer with lid cover until thawed).
Step 2
Put all ingredients and Pink Elephant Yellow curry sauce into a pot and cover with lid. Turn to medium heat. Bring to boil.
Step 3
Lower the heat and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Step 4
Serve over rice or noodles.
