Ingredients
1 container Frozen Pink Elephant Green Curry Sauce
1/2 can Bamboo
1⁄2 lb Sliced Beef your favorite protein
1/2 Bell Pepper
Basil (optional)
Fish sauce or salt (to taste)
Preparation
Step 1
Thaw Pink Elephant Kitchen Green Curry sauce overnight in the refrigerator or 3 minutes in the microwave. (if no microwave or time to thaw, add frozen sauce in the small pan and simmer with lid cover until thawed).
Step 2
Add sliced beef and bamboo into the pot. Turn heat to medium and bring to boil. Make sure beef is cooked through.
Step 3
Add bell pepper and basil and boil for 1-2 minutes.
Step 4
Serve with rice or noodles.
